To edit the layout of your Blogger blog, follow these steps:
Sign in to Blogger:
Go to www.blogger.com and sign in using your Google account credentials.
Access the "Layout" Section:
Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to the Blogger dashboard. On the left sidebar, click on the "Layout" option. This will take you to the layout editor.
Customize Layout:
In the layout editor, you'll see a visual representation of your blog's layout. Here, you can customize various aspects of your blog's design:
Header: Click on the "Edit" button on the header section to change your blog's header image or title.
Sidebar: You can add, remove, or rearrange gadgets (widgets) in your sidebar. To add a new gadget, click on the "Add a Gadget" link in the sidebar section where you want to add it. You'll see a list of available gadgets to choose from.
Footer: Similar to the sidebar, you can add, remove, or rearrange gadgets in the footer section of your blog.
Blog Posts: You can also customize how your blog posts are displayed on the main page. Click on the "Edit" button on the blog posts section to adjust settings such as the number of posts displayed per page, post date format, and more.
Cross-Column: Some templates might have a cross-column layout. You can customize this section by adding gadgets or adjusting their settings.
Save Changes:
After making changes to your layout, don't forget to click the "Save Arrangement" button to save your changes.
Preview:
You can preview your blog after making changes to see how it will look to your readers. Click on the "Preview" button at the top right corner of the layout editor to see the changes.
Publish Changes:
Once you're satisfied with the layout changes, click the "Save Arrangement" button to apply the changes to your blog.
View Your Blog:
Visit your blog's URL to see the changes live on your blog.
That's it! You've now edited the layout of your Blogger blog. You can always go back to the layout editor to make further adjustments as needed.
